Mulled wine and mince pies

On Thursday 7th December 2023 from 6.30 to 8.30pm we will be holding a “drop in" mince pies and mulled wine evening in the Old School Room. We would like to discuss and share ideas about a summer event to be held on Saturday 22nd June between 12 noon 6.00pm on the Mendlesham Playing Fields. 

This is an open invitation where you can tell us your ideas about what you might like to see at the event. Maybe you can offer a demonstration by your club, or you might wish to express an interest in having a stall or volunteering some of your time. You would not be committing to anything; we just need to get an idea of the level of interest.  We will also have a "post box" for suggestions if you do not have time to stay and chat.
