A key role of secondary schools is to prepare students for the future.
The purpose of our careers development programme is to educate and support students with the career development process, enabling them to integrate their academic and life experiences with their career goals and transition to work.
We are developing a school-wide focus to help students identify, plan and strive for their aspirations for the future.
This includes career themes over the senior school years such as work place values, creating CVs, preparing for job interviews and promoting informed decision making for future pathways. These themes are also covered in Learning Group sessions.
The Careers Facility has a range of resources to assist students in making decisions about future career pathways.
All information is available in our Careers Facility or by contacting our Careers Advisor.
