ADN: Semester II
In order to enroll in Semester Two courses
students must successfully complete
ALL semester one courses.
Students who are not up to date in CastleBranch will be automatically withdrawn from their clinical course on the following date:
Monday July 29, 2024
All clinical onboarding requirements must be completed by Monday August 5 or the student will be automatically withdrawn from their clinical course.

The Clinical Coordinator or HealthCare Pathway staff are not able to send repeated email reminders to individual students to complete their requirements (i.e. CastleBranch, MyClinicalExchange or other onboarding requirements). It is your responsibility to monitor school emails and to be mindful of deadlines.

Semester II is composed of the following courses:

NRSAD 107 Clinical Care Across the Lifespan
NRSAD 108 Introduction to Clinical Care Management

(Note: you will be signing up for both NRSAD 107 and NRSAD 108 at the same time; both courses are at the same site all semester).

Direct communication by students with clinical/field placement facilities to inquire regarding clinical/field placement is not allowed.
All students, please be aware of the following:
Once final grades are posted for the current semester, MATC reserves the right to move any student from one section to another based on section enrollment.
No special requests for clinical sites or campus location will be accepted.
There will be space available in all courses for students in good standing to continue in the program but you must register by the deadline.
Students who have any expired requirements or requirements not uploaded onto Castle Branch will not be able to attend any nursing courses (theory or clinical).
All records contained in Castle Branch must remain current throughout the semester. Therefore, take the time prior to the start of the semester to update any requirements due to expire.
All nursing courses utilize Blackboard. Please check your Blackboard course regularly for updates and announcements.
