Castle Branch is a company that collects data required for student enrollment in the nursing program as well as for clinical placement at the health care facilities. The data is secured with limited access.
Every student receives an email from Castle Branch prior to the expiration date.
DO NOT IGNORE these emails.
Note: Lack of attention to school communications is a violation of the civility standard (per Healthcare Pathway Student Handbook) and may result in disciplinary action and delay your education.
Associate Degree Nursing (RN) code: MF 28
MF28im health (physical) every three years
MF28dt drug- annual
MF28bg CBC - every 2 years and self disclosure (BID) .
Flu Vaccine - due by November 1 each year
CPR- American Heart Association Certification (only) when expired (usually every 2 years).
Tb- annual. Please note that some Urgent Care Centers will provide this free of charge with student ID. Please check with provider.
Practical Nursing Code (PN): MF 38
MF38im health (physical) every three years
MF38dt drug- annual
MF38bg CBC - every two years and self disclosure.
Flu Vaccine - due by November 1 each year
CPR- American Heart Association Certification (only) when expired (usually every 2 years).
Progression Code (PN to ADN): MF 42
MF42im health (physical) every three years
MF42dt drug- annual
MF42bg CBC - every two years and self disclosure.

CPR Information
American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Level Classes only.
Do not sign up for Red Cross or another kind of CPR class. It will be rejected, costing you extra time and money.
