COVID 19 Booster Requirement in CastleBranch:
If you got the booster, great! If you did not, you can safely ignore it. We are aware that it will show as incomplete. This will not impact your enrollment in clinical either way.
The reason this "requirement" still shows on your checklist is that sometimes our clinical partners ask for this data when requested by the state's health department.
Castle Branch Emails and Expiration Dates:
Every student receives an email from Castle Branch prior to the expiration date.
DO NOT IGNORE these emails.
Note: Lack of attention to school communications is a violation of the civility standard (per Healthcare Pathway Student Handbook) and may result in disciplinary action and delay your education.
Ordering a New Drug Test and Other Items
To order a new drug test, students should log into their CastleBranch account and click PLACE ORDER. The code you will enter is listed below depending on your program. After paying, this will populate your Drug Registration Form, found in your CastleBranch account. You will need the form and bring it to one of the Quest Diagnostic Lab locations listed on the form.
Associate Degree Nursing (RN) code: MF 28
MF28im health (physical) every three years
MF28dt drug- annual
MF28bg CBC - every 2 years and self disclosure (BID) .
Flu Vaccine - due by November 1 each year
CPR- American Heart Association Certification (only) when expired (usually every 2 years).
Tb- annual. Please note that some Urgent Care Centers will provide this free of charge with student ID. Please check with provider.
Practical Nursing Code (PN): MF 38
MF38im health (physical) every three years
MF38dt drug- annual
MF38bg CBC - every two years and self disclosure.
Flu Vaccine - due by November 1 each year
CPR- American Heart Association Certification (only) when expired (usually every 2 years).

CPR Information
American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Level Classes only.
Do not sign up for Red Cross or another kind of CPR class. It will be rejected, costing you extra time and money.
