Economic: There have been increasing job opportunities in El Salvador. "Bizlatin Hub" states, "There are encouraging signs in the realm of employment. El Salvador's private sector added 64,492 jobs from January to August 2022, up by 11 percent during the same period in 2021, according to at least one news report" (Craig Dempsey).

Social/Cultural: El Salvador has a common ethnicity, Mestizo, and language, Spanish, that provides a sense of community and unifies people.
Political: El Salvador has laws protecting freedom of religion and has laws against discrimination for religion.
Environmental: Soccer (football) is a big deal in El Salvador, it unites people within the country as they all feel a sense of community and pride while they watch their team compete.
Centrifugal Forces:
Economic: There are pretty high poverty rates in El Salvador. About 22.30% of El Salvador's population lives in poverty.
Social/Cultural: Gender inequality is a big issue in El Salvador. Abortion in El Salvador is illegal and women can be convicted of murder for having an abortion.
Political: After the civil war, violence, poverty, and civil unrest has been steadily increasing. There's also been a history of dictatorship in El Salvador.
Environmental: One of El Salvador's sources of income was their coffee, but according to "NPR," "In El Salvador, nearly three quarters of all coffee trees are infected with the fungus" (Rust Devastates Guatemala's Prime Coffee Crop And Its Farmers).
