At Mary Eats Cake we have three types of dining services, Functions, High Tea and A La Carte. Customer expectations are different for each service however no service is more important than the other.
Functions are usually celebrating a special occasion and therefore want the event to be something they remember for all the good reasons. They have a dedicated staff member and expect premium customer service as they have paid money for a private room.
High Tea is a formal set menu service that customers pre-book and pay for. High Tea bookings require premium customer service as it has a high per-person cost.
A La Carte is a casual dining service where customers can order off the menu. Whilst this is a casual dining experience, we still need attentive customer service.
