The aim of our running club is to encourage the enjoyment of cross country running. We are able to make the most of the lovely tracks and footpaths that we can access straight from school, whilst promoting the health/fitness and wellbeing benefits of running. We do some interval training and help children to build their stamina to complete a whole lap, thinking about breathing, running position and pace.
