Gardening

Our gardening club have been very busy during Friday lunchtimes and have worked incredibly hard to achieve our Level 3 RHS Schools Gardening Award, which encourages the children to plan and develop a sustainable garden. 

The children have the satisfaction of watching something evolve from a tiny seed into a beautiful plant… or even vegetables they can go on to eat. We prepare the soil, sow, plant, water and grow a simple range of fruits, vegetables and flowers. We also encourage wildlife to the garden by providing homes and habitats.
