New to BHS Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) in 2018, Nutrition and Wellness, and World Foods students prepare exquisite delights for your special events all throughout the year while maintaining safety/sanitation and demonstrating valuable culinary skills. Meanwhile our Career Development and Entrepreneurship students have a unique opportunity to practice costing out menu items, plan and present catered event service proposals and contracts, organize market orders and food prep schedules, assess customer data, and conduct profit loss analysis in real world entrepreneurial experiences.
"FACS Cabinet Creations" by Belle FCCLAis not a competitive catering company. Rather a unique tool used to provide our FACS students with hands on, industry experience in both planning and preparation in large quantities.

Catering
Students learning is our number one priority at BHS. The type and time of service must be based off of student availability. School is in session Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Student Lunch is 12:00pm-12:48pm. Events scheduled outside schools hours handled on the case by case basis by the instructor.
Guarantee Policy
In order that we may be prepared to provide you with the best food, beverage and service, we ask that you determine in advance how many guests will be in attendance at your function.
1. Upon committing to planning your event we must know the approximate number of guests.
2. Fourteen days prior to the start of your event, we must have a final guarantee of how many guests will be in attendance to allow time for student planning, procession purchase orders, and arranging food delivery.
3. You are responsible for payment of either the minimum guaranteed number of guests listed on the contract, the final guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of guests attending, whichever is larger.
Payments & Deposits
For payments, we accept: checks and purchase orders payable to Maries County R2 with Belle FCCLA in the memo. All events must be paid in full, the day of the event unless other arrangements have been made.
