The teacher seeks appropriate leadership roles and opportunities to take responsibility for student learning, to collaborate with learners, families, colleagues, other school professionals, and community members to ensure learner growth, and to advance the profession.
This is a certificate that I received after completing 60 minutes of Professional Development. In order to achieve this certificate I had to listen to a video lecture as well as correctly answer all questions on a quiz that was given after the lecture. This will help me to be an effective model for my students inside and outside of the classroom. That way they may have more success inside and outside of the classroom.
