The teacher understands how learners grow and develop, recognizing that patterns of learning and development vary individually within and across the cognitive, linguistic, social, emotional, and physical areas, and designs and implements developmentally appropriate and challenging learning experiences.
This is a certificate I received after completing 30 minutes of Professional Development, on how to teach to students who have different ways of learning. I had to watch a lesson and correctly answer all answers to a follow up quiz in order to receive this certificate. This artifact will help me in being able to effectively teach my students who may process and understand information in different ways.
