The teacher uses understanding of individual differences and diverse cultures and communities to ensure inclusive learning environments that enable each learner to meet high standards.
This is a certificate that I received after completing 30 minutes of Professional Development. In order to achieve this certificate I had to listen to a video lecture as well as correctly answer all questions on a quiz that was given after the lecture. This will help me to recognize a student's cultural differences as well as know that a student's environments also affect a student's learning and mindset.
