The teacher plans instruction that supports every student in meeting rigorous learning goals by drawing upon knowledge of content areas, curriculum, cross-disciplinary skills, and pedagogy, as well as knowledge of learners and the community context.
This is a certificate that I received after completing 30 minutes of Professional Development. In order to achieve this certificate I had to listen to a video lecture as well as correctly answer all questions on a quiz that was given after the lecture. This will help me to effectively plan out a given unit for my students, by starting by recognizing what the end goal of the unit should be before going on to layout the rest of the unit.
