The teacher engages in ongoing professional learning and uses evidence to continually evaluate his/her practice, particularly the effects of his/her choices and actions on others (learners, families, other professionals, and the community), and adapts practice to meet the needs of each learner.
This is a certificate that I received after completing 30 minutes of Professional Development. In order to achieve this certificate I had to listen to a video lecture as well as correctly answer all questions on a quiz that was given after the lecture. This will help me to effectively reflect on my classroom procedures and teaching methods, and figure out how to strengthen them so students can have greater success in my classes.
