The teacher understands and uses multiple methods of assessment to engage learners in their own growth, to monitor learner progress, and to guide the teacher’s and learner’s decision making.
This is a certificate that I received after completing 30 minutes of Professional Development. In order to achieve this certificate I had to listen to a video lecture as well as correctly answer all questions on a quiz that was given after the lecture. This will help me craft effective assessments that convey how much students learned with little to skew the presented data.
