Central idea: Personal choices can impact the environment.
Team RMC have had a very busy week learning about our environment and what we can do to help. The children have had some excellent conversations surrounding one of our class texts 'fish', which sent our inquiry in the direction of tackling plastic pollution in our oceans. We also read 'Michael Recycle' and came up with ways we can make sure we are doing our bit for the environment by recycling materials.
In maths we have continued our learning around doubling numbers, making links to addition and using a variety of resources to help solve problems. We have also practised counting up in the two times table.
Well done team RMC, we have made a great start to module 6!
Reminder: Please make sure your child brings a named water bottle to school now the weather is getting warmer.
