1M Learning Update

Central idea: Animals may need different things to survive.

This week has been such a busy week for 1M! We have gone deeper into our inquiry. We have compared animals and learnt amazing facts. We have labelled parts of the human body and had a great time doing this outside taking advantage of the fantastic weather. 1M have been incredibly busy creating a wonderful art piece during art week that focuses on animals habitats, 1M have also made some beautiful clay animal figurines that have been beautifully and carefully painted.

In maths we have begun learning about place value to 100.

Reminder: As the weather gets warmer please make sure that your child brings a water bottle to school everyday. PE is on a Friday please be sure to bring the PE kit along every week.
