Principal's Message
On Tuesday, the children thoroughly enjoyed a pantomime performance, marking an exciting start to our Christmas festivities. We would like to thank the PTA for generously funding this enriching experience.
On Thursday, our EYFS children were privileged to host some of the residents from Bramley Court for a charming Christmas Tea Party. The residents graciously presented each child with a hand-knitted ornament for them to take home for their Christmas trees. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for their thoughtful gifts and for taking the time to visit us. In return, our school choir visited Bramley Court today to sing some carols to the residents and distribute Christmas cards.
Today we held a non-school uniform day to collect donations for the upcoming tombola. We are very grateful for your generous contributions for this. We are looking forward to the Christmas Fair next week, which promises to be a wonderful event.
Looking ahead, next week will be brimming with festive activities, including the EYFS/KS1 Nativity, KS2 Carol Concert, Christmas dinner, Christmas Jumper Day, Christmas Fair and Christmas Parties. We hope these events will be a fun way to end the term.
Wishing you all a lovely weekend.

Office Messages
The Christmas Card Post Box is still on display in the library. Children are invited to write cards for their friends and staff and then post them through the letter box.
Please ensure the recipient's name and class are written on the front of the envelope.
Our Year 6 elves will do daily collections and deliveries to the classrooms.
Due to GDPR we are unable to provide class lists to parents.
All school photo orders placed by 4th December for free delivery to school were distributed to classrooms yesterday, so your child should have brought theirs home.
If they haven't, please speak with the class teacher.

Huge congratulations, Oliver H, on earning your 10m swimming badge this week! That is a brilliant achievement – well done!
Scalping has long been a frustration for fans hoping to bag concert tickets or exclusive toys, but the online world has supercharged this dishonest tactic. Scalpers use bots to buy up stock in seconds, then resell items such as consoles or collectibles at significant mark-ups. For young people, it can be disappointing and harmful to their wallets, wellbeing and worldview.
As this unethical practice becomes more visible, and, worryingly, sometimes glamourised online, it’s important to talk to children about fairness, financial boundaries, and spotting scams. This guide breaks down the tricks of the trade and how to avoid them, helping young consumers stay safe, informed and scam-free.
