Despite a fresh blanket of snow on the ground this spring Monday, there are signs of life in the garden! See if you can spot the garlic that is already sprouting in one of our garden beds. The garlic was planted in the fall for overwintering and will be ready to harvest in July. Last summer the kids at the school camps had a blast pulling the heads during harvest!
