Mail on Campus
Portland: Nursing faculty mailboxes are located on the second floor of Masterton Hall near the elevator. An area for outgoing mail is located in the administrative offices on the first floor. Mail may be sent via inter-campus mail to the Gorham campus but must be brought in person to LAC (one of our staff or faculty teaching in LAC generally brings the mail a few times/week).
Lewiston: Mail for Lewiston faculty will go to the nursing office in Lewiston. You may talk to Danielle Letourneau, the LAC Administrative Specialist, if you have questions about mail for you there.
School of Nuring Listservs
The school uses these email lists to send out information to students such as clinical and curriculum changes, events, and meeting notices. Students can also use these email lists to share information with each other.
All part-time faculty automatically be added to the Part Time Faculty List Serv. The school uses this listserv to communicate with part-time faculty. We will use only your maine.edu email address on for all formal communication.
Scheduling a Classroom or Room for a Meeting
Classrooms for classes are assigned prior to the start of the semester. Individual faculty wishing to schedule a room for a meeting should contact Diane Berry, Coordinator of Space and Scheduling (207-780-5616).
Making Photocopies
Requests for staff assistance for copying and word processing are made through your faculty support person: see Tammy Berry for course materials assistance on the Portland campusm
Three photocopiers are on the first, second and third floors of Masterton Hall (Portland) and another in the faculty room at LAC are available for all School of Nursing faculty and staff use. You can obtain a code from Tammy Berry.
