医学図書館資料の事前予約について
医学図書館資料の事前予約について
新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のため、医学図書館は2020年4月7日から臨時休館しておりましたが、2020年7月29日からサービスを限定して再開館し、事前予約制による資料貸出サービスのみ、実施しております。2020年11月18日からは、対象部局を限定せず、本学在籍者からの事前予約の申込受付を開始します。
事前に予約をしていただくことで、ご指定の日時までに医学図書館所蔵資料を職員がご用意し、ご来館当日に貸出または館内コピーにてご利用いただけます。事前予約なく来館されても、当日利用はできませんのでご注意ください。
一方で、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の観点から、東京大学医学部・医学系研究科、附属病院、薬学部・薬学系研究科在籍者を対象に図書の郵送貸出サービスを実施していますので、医学図書館への来館が不要な方はこちらをご利用ください。
※利用証の更新や登録を希望される場合、来館しなくてもお手続きができます。詳細をご連絡いたしますので、下記のお問合せ先からご連絡ください。
なお、閲覧席、マルチメディアコーナーは利用できません。
卒業生・元教員を含め、本学に在籍していない学外の方はご利用いただけません。
Reserve and Pick Up Service
Reserve and Pick Up Service
The Medical Library was temporarily closed from April 7, 2020 to prevent the spread of the COVID-19. From July 29, 2020, the library is reopened with limited services, and materials can be borrowed by Reserve and Pick Up Service. From November 18, 2020, we will start accepting applications for Reserve and Pick Up Service from ALL the UTokyo members. You can borrow or take a copy of materials from our collection by making a reservation beforehand. Please be sure that you cannot pick up materials if you come up to the library without making reservation.
Besides to the reserve & pick up service mentioned above, we have also started the Book Delivery Service on Medical Library books, from the perspective of preventing the spread of COVID-19. Please make use of this service to avoid visiting library physically.
Also, you do not need to come to the library for renewing or registering your ID. Please contact us so that we will tell you how to proceed your register by e-mail.
Please be noticed that all the reading rooms and multimedia corner are remaining temporarily closed. We appreciate your kind understanding.
The services of the Medical Library mentioned above are unavailable for non-members of UTokyo, including graduates and former faculty members.

本サービスは、東京大学に在籍する学生・教職員のみが対象です。学外の方はご利用いただけません（卒業生・元教員を含む）。
This service is for students/faculty members of the University of Tokyo ONLY. Non-members of UTokyo cannot apply for this service (including graduates and former faculty members).本サービスは、医学図書館が所蔵する資料（OPACの配架場所が「医図・書庫」「医図・閲覧室」）のみが対象です。OPACから医学図書館に所蔵があることを確かめたうえで、申し込んでください。
Only the materials owned by the Medial Library are available. Search OPAC before applying to confirm that Medical Library has the material you want.貸出中の資料、他の利用者が取置中の資料は申し込みできません。OPACで資料状態を確認の上、お申し込みください。
You can NOT apply for the books on loan or reserved by others. Please check the status on the OPAC.事前申込なしに来館されても、出納・貸出のご要望にはお応えできませんので、ご了承ください。
Even if you come to the library without prior application, we cannot fulfill requests such as requesting payment of materials or borrowing materials.予約の集中その他の状況によっては、ご希望どおりの日時にご予約を承れない場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
We may not be able to accept your reservation as you wish depending on the concentration of the reservations and other circumstances.

１４時までに申し込みのあった資料を、翌営業日（次の開館日）に利用できるよう準備します。来館を希望する日の前日（１日前の営業日）１４時までに申し込んでください。
We will prepare the materials requested by 2:00 p.m. so that they can be used the next day (the next opening day). Please apply by 2:00 p.m. on one day (one business day) before the day you wish to visit.利用申込が集中した場合、ご希望の日時でご利用いただけない可能性があります。資料がご用意できた場合にはメールでご連絡させていただきます。
Please be noted that you may not be able to pick the material(s) up as you wish. We will notify you by e-mail when the material(s) is ready.閉館日は来館希望日に指定できません。毎月月末は閉館です。開館カレンダーはこちら
You cannot pick up materials on the day the Medical Library is closed. The Medical Library will be closed at the end of the month. Please check the calendar here.
