郵送貸出サービス

• 本サービスは、以下の部局に所属する本学の学生・教職員のみが対象です。
  This service is only for UTokyo students / faculty members who belong to the following departments: 

  • 医学部・医学系研究科
    Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine
    ※進学内定者を含みます。
    　Candidates are included. 

  • 附属病院
    The University of Tokyo Hospital

• 医学図書館が所蔵する図書のみが対象です。また、以下に当てはまる場合には本サービスの対象外となります：
  Only the books owned by the Medial Library are available for this service. Also, the materials that meet any of the following conditions are not eligible for this service: 

【対象外の資料 Materials not eligible for the service】

• • 雑誌、DVDなど、図書以外のもの
    The materials other than books such as serials and DVDs

  • 配架場所が「医図・書庫」「医図・閲覧室」でないもの
    The books that are not located in "Med.Lib.Stack" or "Med.Lib.Read.R."

  • 他の利用者により貸出中・取置中のもの（＝OPACで資料状態が空欄でないもの）
    The books that are on loan or reserved by other users (the status on the OPAC not blank)

• お申込みいただける冊数は、通常の貸出冊数の範囲内となります。
  The number of books you may borrow is within the maximum limits of your regular loan. 

• 医学図書館資料の返却期限が過ぎている方は、お申込みいただけません。
  If you are under the Medical Library penalty, you cannot apply for this service. 

• １回の申込では最大5件までに限らせていただきます。
  You can apply for 5 items at a time in maximum. 

• その他、申込状況等により、申込を制限させていただく場合があります。
  We may restrict the number of your requests according to the circumstances. 

• 送付先はご自宅・帰省先に限ります（海外には送れません）。
  The delivery address is limited to your home / homecoming destination (cannot be sent overseas). 

• 学内便ではお送りできません。
  The items cannot be sent by campus delivery. 

• 送料は医学図書館が負担します。
  All the fees will be covered by the Medical Library.

• 限られた職員で作業するため、発送までに時間がかかる可能性があります。
  Due to the limited number of staff allowed to work in the library, it may take longer than usual to send the items. 

• 本サービスの終期は未定です。本学活動制限指針やお申し込み状況などをもとに判断し、サービスの提供を予告なく終了することがあります。⇒2023年3月22日をもって終了します。
  The end of this service has not been decided yet. However, please be kindly advised that it may be terminated without notice based on the university activity restriction guidelines and the number of applications. ⇒The service will be terminated on March 22, 2023. 

• 現在、郵送貸出サービスでは、クロネコヤマト便を利用して図書を配送しています。
  Currently, the Medical Library delivers the book(s) with TA-Q-BIN service provided by Yamato Transport. 

• クロネコメンバーズに登録することで、受取先や再配達の指定ができます。
  You can appoint your address or reschedule the date or time to receive the book(s) by registering for the Kuroneko Members Services.
