Group study Room

医学部・附属病院の皆様の集団での討議や研究の場として、医学図書館１階PLENIUS内のグループ学習室をご利用いただけます。事前の予約制となっておりますので、下記の注意に従ってご利用ください。

Group study room in PLENIUS on the 1st floor of the Medical Library is available for group discussion and research for UTokyo Med. & Hosp members. Please make reservations in advance and follow the instructions below.

2023年7月10日から、グループ学習室の利用を再開しました
Group study room became available again from July 10, 2023.
「東京大学医学図書館グループ学習室利用指針」を掲載しました
"Guidelines for the Use of Group Study Room at the University of Tokyo Medical Library" is published.

利用人数・対象者の条件
Number of users and conditions for eligibility

3名以上、10名⇒6名以下のグループ
Groups of 3 to 10 ⇒ 6 people

※感染症対策のため、当面の間は6名以下とさせていただきます。
*For infection prevention measures, the maximum number of users is limited to 6 for the time being.

グループのメンバーの半数以上は、医学系研究科・医学部もしくは附属病院の学生・教職員である必要があります
At least half of the group members must be students, faculty members or staff of the Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine or the University of Tokyo Hospital.

利用時間・延長
Usage hours and extension

以下の時間帯のうち、1グループにつき1日に2時間まで利用できます。
Each group can use the room for up to 2 hours per day during the following hours.
- 平日 Weekdays　 9:30～16:45
- 土曜日 Saturday　10:30～16:45
利用終了後に他の予約が入っていない場合、1回につき2時間まで延長ができます。延長も、予約時と同様のフォームからお申し込みください。
If there are no subsequent reservations, you may extend your usage for up to an additional 2 hours at once after the end of your current reservation. Please apply for an extension using the same form as when making a reservation.
- 延長は、先にお申込みいただいたご利用の終了10分前から受け付けます。
  Extensions will be accepted 10 minutes prior to the end of the previously requested use.

- マルチメディアコーナーの研究用PCと同じ端末が室内でご利用になれます。
  The same terminal as the PC for research in the Multimedia Corner is available in the room.
- パスワードはカウンターにお尋ねください
  Please ask for the password at the counter.

1 Whiteboard
- ホワイトボードマーカーはカウンターで貸し出しています
  Whiteboard markers are available for borrowing at the counter.
ビデオ用会議カメラ（マイク付き）

  Available for borrowing at the counter.
USBタイプC マルチポートアダプター
USB-C Multiport Adapter
- ご自身のPC類をタッチディスプレイにHDMIケーブルでつなぐ際などにご利用ください。
  Useful when connecting your device to the touch display with HDMI cable.
- ご希望の場合はカウンターまでお越しください。
  Please come to the counter when you need it.

注意事項・換気について
Cautions for use, About ventilation

グループ学習室内では、食事はできません。
Food is not allowed in the room.
グループ学習室は完全防音ではありません。外にいるほかの利用者にご配慮いただき、発声する際の音量に気を付けてください。
The room is not completely soundproofed. Please be considerate of other users outside and be careful about your volume.
グループ学習室の利用時は、マスク着用を推奨します。
Wearing a mask is recommended while using the room.
換気のため、以下のことを守ってください。
To keep the room ventilated, please follow the instructions below:
1. 雨天時以外は窓を開けておいてください
  Keep the windows open, unless it is raining.
2. サーキュレータは常時ONにしておいてください
  Always leave the circulator ON.

ご利用の流れ

専用フォームから申込

医学系研究科・医学部もしくは附属病院の学生・教職員の方が代表して申し込んでください。
医学図書館をホームライブラリとする方（保健センター、ニューロインテリジェンス国際研究機構など）も申込可能です。

「予約受付完了」メールを受け取り、予約確定

お申し込みいただいた日時にご利用いただけない場合は、キャンセルのメールをお送りします。
　（お申し込みから30分ほど経過しても当館からの連絡がない場合は、恐れ入りますがご一報ください。）

予約した利用日時にグループ学習室を利用

直接グループ学習室にお越しいただき、ご利用ください。
利用の延長は、先にお申込みいただいたご利用の終了10分前から受け付けます。

Service Guide

Apply from the dedicated form.

Students, faculty members, or staff of the Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine or the University of Tokyo Hospital should apply on behalf of the applicants.Those who use the Medical Library as their "home library" (Health Service Center, IRCN, etc.) may also apply.

Your reservation is confirmed by receiving a "Reservation Accepted" email.

If it is unavailable on the date and time you requested, we will send you a cancellation e-mail.
(If you have not received an email from the library within 30 minutes of your application, please let us know.)

Use the group study room on the reserved date and time

Please come directly to the Group Study Room to use the room.Extension of use will be accepted 10 minutes before the end of the previous reservation.

利用希望は、先着順に受け付けています。
Requests are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
予約の集中その他の状況によっては、ご希望どおりの日時にご予約を承れない場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
Please note that we may not be able to accept your reservation due to the concentration of reservations or other circumstances.
すでに利用が確定した時間枠については、順次、予約カレンダーに反映しています。
The slots that have been reserved will be reflected on the reservation calendar sequentially.
お申込みの際には、予約カレンダーをご確認のうえ、空いている枠にお申込みください。
