ReMind UK & I Tour - South West Trainee Manager session
For the UK & I tour as part of Trainee Manger development, sessions were provided to help support Trainee Managers to follow up on the learning of their team, whilst also building networking opportunities between peers.

As Trainee Manager or Manager, it can exciting, challenging, fun and daunting, but fear not!
When Claire Constantine was stepping into the role of Covent Garden Store Manager, she followed an array of established Managers, who are still in the company today as Support members who champion the business.
They recorded a video providing advice and support to Claire in anticipation of her role, and this video is useful for any manager as a reminder that we can slay!
