My Self-care Check-in Tool
The People teams have created a mental health and wellbeing tool called My Self-Care Check In and we would like to invite you to a session, to share the tool.
The aim of this tool is to equip you with the knowledge of how you can use this tool as both an individual and as a Manager of others to proactively support wellbeing, and recognise where further support may be needed.
There are many ways people may experience mental ill health, and the check in tool enables you to centre yourself, your feelings and ideas, to focus on your wellbeing. This tool also provides guidance and resources that can actively help and encourage positive wellbeing.
There are different versions of the tool (linked on the left) to consider diverse self-care approaches, learning styles and accessibility needs.
