The Welcome Challenge!
For this challenge, we're bringing to life the 'All Are Welcome, Always Ethical' Charter principle. Every Challenge was brought to life through ideas from your peers during a Design Session. We have three levels of gamified quests, the quests we help conceptualize & create by members of the Global Ethics Talent Pool.

Hi friends,
To raise the (soap) bar on our ethics, we need everyone (*cough* yup that's YOU). Many of us came to Lush because of our passions (your superpowers). Let's activate them (cue cheesy 90s superhero theme music).
The Ethical Charter sounds aspirational... but let’s be real, we’re all busy. That’s why we’ve made it super simple: every two months, we'll focus on 1-3 Ethical Charter principles together. You’ll get three levels of accessible gamified quests (6 in total) to help connect your day-to-day work with our ethics, and yes, there’s a little healthy mischief built in to keep it fun. These quests were designed by a group of equally passionate Lushies with lots of feedback, Handmade Ethics.
The challenges are intended for global teams to complete together, shops, manu rooms, virtual teams, etc. There is a mixture of solo and group quests. Click the color circles below (or scroll down) to explore the leveled quests.

The Lush Ethical Charter is a legal document that defines Lush's commitment to our ethical standards that we all live and breathe in every area of the business. The Ethical Charter is made up of 'core' and 'evolving principles'. We would like every person working for Lush to help safeguard the Lush ethics. If you believe Lush is ever in breach of the commitments in the Lush Ethical Charter, details of this must be shared with the Lush EBT Trustees. This can be shared directly with the Trustees via the UK EBT Team at ebt@lush.co.uk. Please include as much supporting information as possible to share with the Trustees.
