Holding your baby can be soothing, but imagine how your little one could benefit from infant massage? This session will give you an insight into an alternative way to bond and connect with your little love. Alana from Lush Spa Cardiff will guide you through tips and tricks to create a soothing environment, the benefits of infant massage for both parent and baby and simple massage movements.

- Make sure you have a warm, comfortable space for you and your baby
- The massage can be done on your bed, sofa, floor, even a cot. Wherever you both feel comfortable and you are able to move easily
- Have some clean soft towels and blankets to hand
- We recommend using a fragrance free, infant safe oil
