empowered competition

This month our students are invited to take part in a poetry competition being run by Young Writers.

The competition is open to 11 - 18 year old students, who could be in with a chance to win £100 and a trophy. Every entrant will also receive a bookmark and a certificate for their hard work.

To enter you will need to write a poem on topic that you feel passionately about. Use your voice through verse on any subject that makes you you feel confident and empowered.

Once you have written your poem, you can copy it onto a student entry form below. Hand in your completed entries to Ms Baker or one of the Literacy Managers. The deadline is Wednesday 3rd November.
