We're welcoming everyone back on Tuesday 6th January 2026! Reminder it will be Week B on return
This half term we put our best spellers to the test in the College Spelling Bee!
Students practice their spellings weekly and the top spellers from each Literacy group took part in the qualifiers.
Following a tense qualifier, there was one representative from each college from Y7 & y8 taking part in the event to earn points for their colleges.
Students showcased some incredible spelling skills and and outstanding level of confidence.
Students had to listen to a range of very challenging words and spell them one by one on their clip boards before presenting their spelling to the judges.
