One of our Year 7 students, Ismaeel, has written their own poem entitled 'Our Future', which speaks to the importance of looking after the environment and protecting it for future generations. These themes are incredibly important during the current climate crisis and the poem's call to action is very relevant to the awareness that Earth Day aims to achieve.

Ismaeel's poem was entered into a competition and won a regional award. This is a fantastic achievement, and goes to show how much our students here at Lordswood can achieve.
