Short story competition Winners

Our wonderful Year 7 students all had the opportunity to take part in the LBS Short Story Competition before breaking up for Christmas. The aim of the competition was to get our young writers to showcase their best piece of work; this could have been something that's already written or a new piece created especially for the competition.

It's a fantastic way to appreciate extended writing on all themes, and a great opportunity for our boys to write at length and get better every time!

They were provided with the above success criteria, check list and top tips to support their creative writing.

A HUGE thank you from Mrs Choudhury to ALL of the Year 7s for taking part and trying their absolute best, all the stories were brilliant. However, there was only ONE winner per literacy group.
