Outstanding Student work

In Geography our Year 8 students have been working hard, completing the Trade Game.

The aim of the trade game is for each team to make as much money as possible, whilst wheeling and dealing with each other, and trading with the World Bank. This has allowed the boys to experience the realities of unfair trading rules, the differences that a country's development makes, the benefits of mass production, the trials of trade alliances and has grown their negotiating skills.

A special mention for Muhammad H. (Rams) who was an amazing international spy who wreaked havoc amongst his peers by besetting their teams with hurricanes and civil wars.

Usman I. (Rams) was also a diligent and hard hitting World Bank who would not accept poor quality goods.

Overall Team 3 (China) won the game with their amazing mass production tactic, streaking ahead of the other countries to gain an extra £13,000 profit compared to their peers.
