0217 Public Policy - Anti Social Behavior (½ Credit)
The course is designed to explore the many issues of society and behaviors that are viewed as deviant among our culture. Anti-Social Behavior is a course designed to meet the public policy criteria, while allowing students the chance to study their own society as well as others. Students will gain greater understanding of society in an ever globalizing world. This will include topics such as the development of social consciousness, social stratification, the nature of deviance and gender inequality etc. After completing this course, the student should acquire a practical knowledge of his/her surroundings.
