NARRATIVE REPORT
The 2nd quarter portfolio day in Leyte National High School was held on February 09, 2024. During our Day 2 as teacher assistants, our Cooperating Teacher (CT) assigned us tasks related to the creation of a program and certificates for her perusal, to be utilized for the portfolio day of her advisory students, the Grade 7 Aquamarine. Ma’am Docil gave us the liberty of designing these materials and we maintained constant communication with her to receive her feedback regarding our outputs. With the use of Canva, our group crafted a classroom program for their activity, highlighting the agenda for the day. Also, we crafted a total number of sixteen (16) certificates for the fifteen (15) with honors and one (1) with high honors students of Grade 7 Aquamarine. Days before the portfolio day, we already submitted our drafts to our CT so that she may have ample time in checking them and giving us feedback. We created these materials meticulously and with utmost care and consideration to the preferences and needs of our CT.
