Summer Assessments

• Letter recognition (uppercase & lowercase)
• Sounds (short & long vowels, consonants)
• Name writing (checking for legible printing; not concerned about upper/lowercase; YES= wrote their first name; make note in ESGI if they write last name)
• Sight words (if letters/sounds mastered, offer this test; the entire list of 60 words will be available, but just do the first 3-10, depending on the child)
• Number writing
• Number recognition
