Below are frequently asked questions and troubleshooting tips for EdTech Insights users.
To add additional staff members to your EdTech Insights instance, please contact Support at eti.us.support@qoria.com with the following details:
Your full name
Email address
School district
A brief description of who you wish to add to your account, including their first names, last names, and email addresses.
Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Once they have been added, you can adjust the schools they are assigned to by navigating to Settings > Permissions > clicking the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of their names > Set permission > and assigning schools as needed.
Usage data only displays for apps categorized by Linewize. To view our extensive list of apps, search for a specific one by clicking the Filter option on the Usage, Spending, and Compliance dashboards. Search within App Names. Use the Request an App link at the bottom of the App Names dropdown to request additional apps that are not currently available.

Districts must upload their license information into EdTech Insights in order to view them in the Spending dashboard. Licenses can be uploaded in bulk or individually within Settings > License Management.
To upload your licenses in bulk, click the Upload CSV button found within License Management to download the CSV template. Use this exact template to record your license information. Drag and drop or upload the completed template within the Upload CSV section.
To upload your licenses individually, click the +Add License button in License Management. Follow the four easy steps to add a new license. For assistance, watch this brief video.

Linewize assigns each app a cyber risk score using Risk Ratings, which range from A to F (excluding E), and a numerical score out of 950. Apps that haven’t been assigned a rating will be displayed as N/A.
Verifications will display logos if the app is verified. Select the App Name to view more details. If the app isn't verified, the column will remain empty.

No, this is not currently available. Licenses separated by subject area or free vs. paid will appear altogether under the Linewize categorized app name. They will not be separated by subject area, free vs. paid licenses, etc.
