Qustodio Campaigns is an automated approach to parent communications. Once your launch date is determined, we ask you that you send a customized version of our parent/guardian email (template provided) about Qustodio and that you inform the faculty, staff (template provided) and students in your district about the addition of Qustodio. After you send the initial emails, we take care of the rest:

Qustodio Launch Campaign: Designed to introduce parents to Qustodio and invite them to create an account. The emails are co-branded with your district’s logo and are sent by Qustodio highlighting online safety and the importance of the district and parent/guardian partnership 

Qustodio Weekly Parent Insights (following the launch): This email provides parents and guardians with a sample of their child’s online activity on their school-issued devices and includes a link to create an account to see the insights you've chosen to share.  

We will also provide you with social media posts, fliers, and email templates should you choose to do the parent/guardian outreach in-house.

The Online Safety Hub is a dynamic website, co-branded with your district's logo, that includes content created by our team of online safety experts featuring blogs and articles that address the most common online safety concerns of parents. In addition, there are over 300 app and game reviews that include step-by-step instructions to enabling privacy and safety settings. We recommend linking the Online Safety Hub to your district's website and provide a checklist to help guide sharing this resource with your community.
