Updates to Monitor Risk Categories:
In the coming weeks, you will see new, more specific safeguarding categories in Monitor.
Here's what you need to know:
No action is required on your part: You will see new category names appear in your dashboard starting August 20, 2026.
Detection remains the same: This does not change what Monitor detects, or how your team receives alerts. It only changes how captures are classified.
Alert routing will be updated automatically: New categories will automatically be routed based on their original category (for example, new "CSAM & CSEA" alerts will go to staff currently assigned to "Sexual Content" alerts).
