How to collect license information for EdTech Insights
Collecting your educational licenses across a school or district may require contacting IT, instructional and curriculum directors, building administrators, and classroom teachers. When beginning this process, use the Linewize License Management CSV template for an easier experience. Downloading our template and adding your own data will ensure it's formatted correctly and meets the required specifications.
After logging into EdTech Insights, navigate to:
Settings
License Management
Upload CSV
Download Current License CSV File
Use this file to enter your educational licenses.
When finished, return to this area to drag and drop or upload your CSV file to EdTech Insights. Once added, your app information will appear in the Spending dashboard.
While the initial collection process may take some time, the benefits of having all your app information stored in EdTech Insights will be worth it! Moving forward, your teams can efficiently manage licenses, view usage and spending information, approval statuses, and view risk ratings all from a single solution.
