Students in the BCSP must track their various activities using this tracking sheet. If you look at the tabs, you'll see sheets for "Mandatory", "Optional", and "Other". By tracking the various things you do, it makes it very easy for student services to gather evidence to prove you have completed your SHSM, and it also makes it easy for Mr. Swaine to figure out your level of BCSP certification. Lastly, if you don't track them immediately, you might forget about them!!!
As an example, if I'm a student in grade 9 and I have completed the TEJ1O course, I can just check that off on the "MANDATORY COMPONENTS" page. If I do the Canadian Computing Competion as a grade 9, I would check that off on the "OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES" page. And if I attend a talk by a guest speaker or join a club of some sort, I would check that off on the "OTHER PERTINENT EXPERIENCES" page.
So be sure to...
