This week, we had outdoor learning day. During this day, we did our RE and Science lessons outdoors in the sunshine. In RE, we looked at rangoli patterns and how they are significant for Hindu's during Diwali. After the children had look at a range of patterns, created with a variety of colours, we then went outdoors to create our own on the playground floor using chalk. The patterns all turned out beautifully and were very vibrant - we hope you spotted them!
In celebration of World Bee Day, we also planted some BeeBombs by forest school. Thank you to the PTFA for gifting these - we can't wait to see how they turned out.
We have continued to explore our PSHE topic of 'relationships' this half term. In our most recent lesson, we discussed the idea of trust. We explore who we can trust and who would be in our circle of trust. All children contributed amazingly to the whole class discussions.
