In writing we have been publishing our newspaper reports and we have started a comic strip, there is much excitement about our writing and there was many opportunities for drama as well to help us to prepare. In Humanities we learned about social classes that existed in Ancient Greece and we explored the meaning of democracy. The girls in the class were not happy about the treatment of females in Ancient Greece! There was much excitement for World Book Day and some of us enjoyed dressing up, others were happy talking about their favourite book and the rest of us had fun looking at our new book which allowed us to learn about education in Ancient Greece. In Science, we learned about the difference between conductors and insulators.
