We have been huffing and puffing this week in Reception! We have loved reading the story of 'The Three Little Pigs'. We designed and made some brilliant houses and looked at the different materials. We used the 'Now Press Play' class set of head sets to listen to the story and act out being different characters.

In Our Maths we are looking at measuring capacity and weight. We loved pouring water and used the language empty and full to compare different amounts. We have great fun exploring the weighing scales too. How heavy is the dinosaur?

In Nursery We have loved reading 'Down in the Jungle'. What are your favourite animals? The children loved acting out their own journeys through the jungle.
