LEO Sports Holiday Camps

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are pleased to introduce LEO Sports Camps, the camps will be run by our own LEO sports instructors. They will be held at Brookfield Primary Academy, Cheam Park Farm Primary Academy & Manor Park Primary. We will be running our sports camps from Tuesday 2nd April to Thursday 11th April from 9am until 3pm. There will be different sports activities throughout the week, daily sports challenges and competitions. Please ensure that you book the correct venue that you require.

You can book your child in for the week or for individual days. To make a booking please go to LEOsportscamps.clubsbuddy.net you will be able to make your application and also make payment. Payment can be made via debit or credit card. Alternatively you may pay by childcare vouchers. Please indicate this at the time of booking. The registration is in two steps. Firstly, the parent needs to click 'Register' and complete their details on the Parent Form, and then complete the Child Registration Form on the next page. Once both pages are complete you can then Add Another child or Finish the process booking your place at your required venue.

Please provide your child with a packed lunch and remember to bring a water bottle. The children should be dressed appropriately for sports activities, please make sure they have a coat as we will be outside as much as possible. Please see the attached flyer for further details.

If paying by childcare vouchers please email remittances@leoacademytrust.co.uk with proof of full payment. The subject line should say LEO Sports camp. Please ensure you choose Cheam Common Junior, KT4 8UT, as the childcare provider if setting up a new voucher payment. If you require details of our childcare providers please email for details.

Please collect your child from the school you have booked the camp into by 3pm

Should you need to contact us during the holiday camps please email sportscamps@leoacademytrust.co.uk or for any emergency contact during the day please call the central office on 020 8066 7130 extension 1010/1015 and they will get a message to the relevant sports camp.

Terms and Conditions.

We (LFB) are offering “Home fire safety visits” for all. It’s a completely FREE service that we can offer parents of the school to ensure their homes are fire safe.

Please see below which would go out to parents/staff (this can be amended)

“FREE Home Fire Safety Visit

Firefighters from Sutton will visit local residents and give free face-to-face fire safety advice. The advice covers topics such as the dangers of smoking, kitchen fires and planning your escape route in the event of a fire. Firefighters also fit free smoke alarms.

Visits will be booked in anytime between 11.30 – 16.00, 7 days a week and will last around 20 minutes. Email suttonb@london-fire.gov.uk with your name, address and contact telephone number and a member of the watch will contact you to book in your visit.”

Our programme is supported by SWL ICB CYP Board as well as Urgent and Emergency Care Board to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities across our region. We have a wide team of NHS paediatricians, specialists, GPs and colleagues from SWL involved in ratifying the content on our website that supports families with common childhood conditions. We have also been working with the Department for Education to tackle school absence and have a page on "should my child go to school/nursery?" which we are enhancing to include mental health support and has received great feedback from them and parents. We're particularly keen to support families with the rising cases of measles and have a dedicated page here that is being promoted by NHS England.

I'd be grateful if you could kindly share our programme details and link for digital/physical posters with schools and nurseries to share with parents. Please let me know if you need any further information or if there is anything I can do to support you. I am aiming to set up some webinars with colleagues for parents and can update you on this.
