We've had another wonderfully busy fortnight in Year 6! In English, the children truly let their imaginations soar, crafting hilarious newspaper reports about giraffes breaking into Cheam Leisure Centre for some acrobatic pool practice – their creativity was simply fantastic! In Science, we've been delving into the incredible world of the human body, understanding how water and nutrients are transported, and conducting an exciting experiment to see the direct impact of exercise on our bodies. Over in Art, the children have been busy designing and making some wonderful shadow puppets, ready to bring their stories to life. And what a day we had today for our final Sports Day at primary school! The children showed incredible teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.
