Year 4 have had a fantastic week. They have enjoyed planning their narrative of Beowulf and thinking about the setting. In Art, the children have been following in the footsteps of Henri Matisse and Nicole Dyer by creating still life collages of their own. They have made a brilliant start to Fractions in maths, looking at simplifying, improper fractions and mixed numbers. The children also enjoyed creating rubbish monsters using our Lego spike equipment in computing. They have also continued to show their love for reading, diving into different books each week and joining in with our daily read aloud time. We look forward to a fab week next week - dressing up for our Anglo Saxon Day!
