We have had a fun-filled couple of weeks. Last week we wore odd socks Monday for anti-bullying week and Pudsy ears Friday for children in need!

In maths, we completed the chapter on subtraction and went on to explore 'fact families'. This is where we relate addition and subtraction facts using the same numbers. We Learned that when we add we make a bigger number and when we subtract we have to start with the bigger number. The children had great fun making up and exploring this new concept.

In RE we talked about celebrating the Hindu Festival of Diwali and the children designed Mehndi patterns.
