The school is well endorsed by my patients’ mothers. One of the best schools endorsed by parents.
Dr. Maricel Ridon- Cristobal, Mother of Zia Acelle, Preschool 2
Learning Circles’ teachers and personnel are very considerate and accommodating. Moreover they lend assistance over the safety of our child.
Learning Circle is highly recommended for friends’ children- normal or physically challenged. Commitment to high quality of preschool and elementary education is certain and its methods and systems are potent yet continue to seek improvement.
Mr. and Mrs. Pol Joseph G. Panao, Parents of Kim George, Preschool 2
As a parent, I do make sure to give the best of the best to my son. I have to admit that I do research. I visited five (5) schools and my friends recommended other school as well. When I visited the Learning Circle and first saw the room, it was the sight that filled me with awe. I loved the ambiance of the school. And with very approachable staff and teacher. Learning Circle prioritize children's safety. I can only say that there’s no regret to enroll and experience the expertise of the teachers. My son honestly developed a lot and I love it at the Learning Circle School.
Regielyn B. Hettiarachchige Don, Mother of Primotivo, Preschool 2
I like the school’s policy for watching my child’s progress and keeping me informed. The student teacher ratio is reasonable, the school is safe and clean. Has reasonable amount of homework given. The school offers a supportive environment and the method of teaching works well with my child’s learning strengths. It is safe since they won’t let anyone take my children out of school without my permission.
Francy M. Fabrique, Mother of Francis Andrei (Grade 1) & Ryan Adriel (Grade 4)
First my son likes it here. It is important for us that he likes where he will be studying because that will make him happy and it will inspire him to do well.
The teachers are friendly and approachable. Also, we like the location of the school.
Shelley A. Tranate, Zeke, Kindergarten
- There’s always an opportunity for all parents to discuss their child’s progress and any personal issues or worries.
- The teachers see to it that parents are well informed about their child’s progress in class.
- The staff care about the safety of the children. They would not let the children go out of the campus without their parents or guardians
- The teachers are superb and get the right level of fun and discipline. My son has developed strong learning and social skills. They give equal importance to academic achievement and personal development of the children.
Dianne E. Torres, Mother of Zachery Keefe, Preschool 2
Wow! Nagulat po ba kayo? Ako din eh! Haha
Actually, 4 years na akong ready—hinihintay ko lang ang tawag ni Teacher Wenine at sabihing, “Daddy Archie, it’s time!”
Ms. Minerva Young, our school directress, Sir Dave Ladores, our school director, Teacher Wenine Pagalilauan, our school principal, to all of our hardworking teachers and staff, students, loving parents, guests, and to the graduating class of 2024–2025—a wonderful day to all of us.
God’s perfect time.
Do you believe in that saying? That everything is happening just the way it should be? I remembered last Monday, I was scheduled to visit the school to settle payments.
Upon entering the heavy glass door of the principal’s office, I saw Teacher Wenine and Teacher Lot’s faces brighten—as in, akala mo nakita nila si Richard Gutierrez!
“Hello Dadddyyyy!! Good afternoon! PERFECT TIMING!”
I smiled and said, “Hello po, bakit po?”
Then they broke the news and said that they were thinking the whole morning on who to pick as the guest speaker. I was a little hesitant because I really am a shy person. I was reluctant at first and even suggested other parents. We were candid and laughing about my plans for this speech. I even asked them to keep it a secret from the students—especially from my wife, who is probably dumbfounded right now, maybe even crying while holding her phone to record this moment.
Teacher Wenine wanted me to share my experience as a parent here in Learning Circle. Way back in 2016, one of the toughest decisions that a young couple needed to make was to choose a school for their child. Jared, our eldest, was about to enter kindergarten. We tried to look and ask around about the best schools here in Olongapo City—and guess what? We chose Learning Circle because it was the nearest to our house. Haha! It was just a few blocks away! Of course, we chose comfort and convenience. I could not easily say if this school was the best—it was a personal choice and it needed to be tested first. And now, I can say, Learning Circle is one of the best—if not the best in Olongapo. We even encouraged our family and friends to try enrolling their kids here, and I’m glad that they did. They got to experience quality education.
Let me share my learnings as a parent:
Time plays a big role in our kids’ lives.
Some may be born with a gift seen at a very early age.
And some may take time—like diamonds in the rough, like in Blue Lock.
We have to be patient and let our kids find their groove.
No matter how fast or slow, we cannot discredit the effort they are making.
Trust the process—and be surprised by what they can achieve.
My dear students, please love and respect your parents. You do not know the sacrifices they are making just to give you a good life. You are blessed to have your parents send you to a wonderful school—though the parking is a bit of a struggle.
We might always say “No” or “Next time” to your requests, demands, and sumpongs, but believe me when I say this:
“In time, you will understand.”
No parent will ever refuse to do anything and everything in their power to make their child happy.
Now, may I request the graduating class to get the kites that you made yesterday?
And may I also request the parents of our graduating class to please stand up and stand in front of your child.
Kids, can you please give the end of the string to your parents?
Parents, don’t let go of the string.
Our kids are like kites.
We can hold on to them as much as we want, but we will never appreciate their beauty unless they are up in the sky.
As they climb higher, they become more and more beautiful.
We, parents, should be the reason for them to fly—to be free.
We hate to let them go, but remember… they will always be holding on to us.
As I end this speech, may I ask the parents to pull those strings and the kids to go to your parents?
Hug them and kiss them—for after this, you will be kids no more.
You will be teens who are ready for the next milestone of your life.
Thank you and good afternoon.
Good evening, everyone!
First, I just want to say thank you. I feel truly honored to be standing here tonight on behalf of the parents. Thank you to Teacher Wenine, our dear School Principal, and Teacher Lot, our beloved Music Teacher and School Program Coordinator, for giving me the opportunity to share a few words at this very special event.
Wow—look at all of you! So full of energy, dressed your best, and glowing with joy. Tonight isn’t just a party; it’s a celebration of something we sometimes forget to say out loud: how much friendships mean to us.
Whether you’re in Grade 4, 5, or 6, take a moment to look around. These faces? These are the people you’ve laughed with, worked with, played with—maybe even argued with—but always found your way back to. These are your people.
Some of you have been together for six years or more, starting way back in preschool. You were once little kids learning your ABCs and how to share crayons. And now look at you: growing, learning, and becoming who you are—together.
You’ve built something special here: memories of recess games, class presentations, birthday surprises, group projects, and those silly inside jokes only your classmates would understand.
Let me ask you—who remembers the first friend you made in this school?
Was it someone who helped you on your first day? Someone you sat beside? Shared snacks with?
Those small beginnings are now part of a bigger story: the story of your growing-up years.
To our Grade 4 and 5 students—this journey isn’t over. There are more memories to make and friendships to build. Don’t take these moments for granted.
To our Grade 6 students—you may be moving forward, but the friendships you’ve made can last a lifetime, if you choose to hold onto them. You’re about to write a new chapter, but the people who were with you in the early pages—they matter. True friendship doesn’t fade when the classroom changes. If you choose to stay connected, support each other, and remember the bond you’ve built—it will last, even if you’re in different schools next year.
So tonight, enjoy every second. Take silly pictures. Dance like no one’s watching. Tell your friends how much they mean to you. Because the people who knew you back when your biggest worry was a forgotten assignment or a wiggly tooth—those are the friends you’ll remember forever.
So here’s to all of you:
To the memories you’ve made…
The bonds you’ve built…
And the beautiful journey still ahead.
May your friendships remain strong, your hearts stay full of kindness, and may you always cherish the magic of growing up side by side. Let this night remind you of the journey you’ve shared, and the beauty of the memories you’ve created along the way.
Enjoy the Friendship Ball, everyone! You truly deserve this magical night.
Parents Response (Graduation Message)
By. Engr. Vergil Joseph G. Lansangan
Ms. Minerva L. Young, our school Directress, Mr. Ronald Eric Dave M. Ladores, our Director of School Operations, Teacher Wenine F. Pagalilauan, Our School Principal, Teacher Nicole Ladores, the Class Adviser of today’s Graduating Class, to all the teachers, faculty members, parents, guests, To the GRADUATING CLASS of 2023, a wonderful afternoon to all of you.
It is both an honor and a privilege to stand and speak in front of all of you today on behalf of the parents on this momentous occasion of our Kids’ graduation. When I received the call from Teacher Wenine and was asked to give a response for this graduation day, I was utterly surprised and at the same time overwhelmed with the opportunity. I did not hesitate to answer yes, because in my mind, it is a rare opportunity that I get to share the same stage with my child, Blythe Daniel Lansangan, who also delivered his speech today.
When we first came into Learning Circle in 2019, we knew that the school would bring about significant changes in our son’s life. It was a challenging time for us then, and transferring schools and a sudden environment change for our son is the least we could think of. But with Teacher Wenine gladly accepting our son, and introducing to us a more interesting and conducive way of learning, we thought we have found the BEST school for our son…and Learning Circle School has proven it right.
Why the BEST? It is because of the way they handled our kids at school. They treat them as a FAMILY, like how they would want their own kids to be treated at school. They did not let the kids feel that they are different from one another, and they always try to bring the best from them. They taught our kids to be independent, learn from their mistakes, and be responsible…like how us parents would teach our kids. Learning Circle has been our extended family. They have cared for our kids at school the moment they leave our homes. They taught our kids to be caring and responsible as well.
Learning Circle School also cares for our kids' mental and physical health. The recitals and programs you organized help them boost their self confidence and the sports clinic you organized made them realize the value of sportsmanship while improving their physical health. It was really a sight to see our kids happy and healthy.
The school is also advanced in every aspect, applying methods on how our kids will learn best. This is truly aligned with their philosophy, where they work together with the parents as partners in education, applying ways on how our children will learn best. For the kids, you all experienced a different level of learning. Because of the online and hybrid learning that was effectively introduced by the school, you are now far more advanced and have adapted to these new learning modality quite easily. You are now better in using collaboration tools, e-mail, graphic / visual editing tools, animation, and various learning management tools. You have even shown interests in robotics and coding, which is now becoming a trend. Learning Circle School has paved your way to an exciting future.
This Graduating batch, I should say, truly is the COURAGE class. You were all there when the pandemic first hit, you went through all the challenges of learning courageously during the peak, and now, you are moving up to a new level of your lives just when the pandemic is over. You get to see the challenges and the beauty of your hybrid education. The COURAGE CLASS batch 2023 truly is the epitome of resilience. All our thanks to the hardworking faculty and staff of Learning School who shared and made this lifetime memorable experience of our kids possible. You have molded our kids through a resilient educational foundation. You have driven our kids to their success now amidst all difficulties.
But now is the time that you graduates have to reach out farther and move forward to the exciting new adventures the future has in store for you. You are in charge of your own journey. You may stumble or fall, but with the learnings and the resilient attitude that you have developed, coupled with passion and perseverance, you can move forward closer to achieving your goals and dreams. Us parents will be here to support and guide you throughout your journey.
[
Words are not enough to show how thankful we are, the parents and the graduating class of 2023, to the school administration, the Principal, the advisers, the staff and all the teachers of Learning Circle School, for all your selfless and heroic acts, and for preparing our kids to be ready for what's coming up ahead.
On behalf of the loving parents, Thank you very much Learning Circle School! Congratulations to the parents and Congratulations Courage Class of 2023!
(Graduation Message, 2022)
Teacher Minerva L. Young, Directress, Teacher Wenine F. Pagalilauan, School Principal, Teacher Ronald Eric Dave M. Ladores, our director of school operations, teachers, faculty members, parents, guests, a pleasant afternoon to all of you.
I have the honor to speak on behalf of all the parents here tonight, and to represent some of our thoughts and reflections on the happy occasion of seeing our sons and daughters graduate from Learning Circle School.
First and foremost, let me tell you when I first visited the school. I knew from the start that Learning Circle will bring significant change in my son’s life. My first interaction with the school staff and particularly the teachers, assured me that once in, my son is in safe hands. The teachers here are extremely hardworking and always deeply concerned about the students. Most importantly, always humble, and ready to listen to the problems of parents, and doing their best to resolve every issue. The level of teaching is superb, the discipline and guidance exceeded my expectations. It makes me wonder how on earth they do that? Because you know, not all kids are the same, but the teachers manage to handle them in a graceful manner, as if it’s natural to them. I say teachers are superheroes. Salute to all the teachers!
The past two years were quite a challenge. The Covid-19 pandemic dramatically changed everything and affected each and everyone’s lives, especially our son’s and daughter’s education. Here we can see how Learning Circle School exhibited their flexibility and resilience. Online class was introduced as an alternative way, and it was totally different from traditional school. At first, I had doubts, but I was proven wrong. As I perceived, the teachers and students developed a dynamic interaction between each other. I noticed that my son’s lesson retention increased remarkably and got really good about laptops, even surprising me with a lot of shortcuts he knows surpassing what I know.
Truly I will say, Learning Circle School achieved three major things. First their vision, which is, “establishing a solid educational foundation for children.” Second, their mission, and that is, “to develop competencies in literacy, numeracy, technology and cultural awareness by providing a nurturing, stimulating, and enjoyable environment.” Thirdly, their educational philosophy which says,” it is therefore imperative that parents and teachers work together as partners in the education of all students, guided by findings of current research on how children learn best.” Which they did, in spite of all the hindrances during this pandemic.
To all the faculty members, I commend you for all your effort and hard work, persistence and perseverance and showing love for our sons and daughters. Thank you!
To all the parents and loved ones who are in the back of all the graduates. Congratulations!
To all the graduates, congratulations and a big job well done! Graduates, bear in mind that change is inevitable, and when change comes, change for better and don’t be bitter.
To ratify it all, we thank the Lord God Almighty for His rich love and mercy. For all of these are His and His alone.
Thank you and congratulations to all!
Graduation Message of Maria Melinda T. Chua
Parent of the First Honorable Mention
Words of Gratitude
To our school director, Mr. Ronald Eric Dave Ladores, and to our beloved principal Mrs. Wenine Pagalilauan, to the school officials, distinguish guests, hardworking teachers, fellow parents, our students and to our graduates, a blessed afternoon to one and all.
It is an honor and a great privilege to stand before you on this joyous occasion and every bit of this experience will be remembered dearly.
Way back in 2005, I first set foot here in Olongapo. I had no friends. Since way back home, I was already teaching preschool, I was introduced to Learning Circle School and applied for a teaching job. I fell in love with the school. I had great co-teachers that made me feel so welcomed. And eventually I had friends. It was a short but sweet time to be a part of the LC faculty. But God is good, He led me back to LC and brought all my 3 kids to study here. Like me, they loved the school. They don’t even want to be absent from school.
As my kids grew, the more I appreciated how my kids have been transformed. There were even times I never thought my kids could excel in both academics and non-academics. And I have you, Learning Circle, to thank for. Thank you for helping them to be what they are now, thank you for teaching them the skills and competencies for them to hurdle a more challenging level of education. Thank you for teaching them about values, morals, and discipline and order, perseverance and hard work. I often tell my kids how blessed they are to have such school who personally know them from the teachers, the principal even to the maintenance. They knew all these kids by heart. Today is a day of mixed emotions. On one hand excited to see these kids step up and explore the world. But saying goodbye to their school where they first made friends, they had their ups and downs, is a hard thing to do. It is normal, but the happiness outweighs the sadness, for you are about to begin an exciting journey of your life. These students are ready.
I thank you, Learning Circle, for all that you have done. Words fail me but this has been by far the best school in Olongapo. Every corner of the school has brought memories and they shall be remembered.
To the graduates: Soon you will be facing another kind of challenge. My advice is to remember what your teachers have taught you. Be confident, be true, be honest and do your very best.
Let me read a quote from a televangelist named Joyce Meyer. She said “God has planted greatness in you. Let TODAY be the beginning of a great adventure as you step into the gifts that God has given you.”
Soar high graduates! God be with you! And to our dear Learning Circle: once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Let us all rise and give a big round of applause to our school, our home.

PARENTS RESPONSE
Learning Circle School Commencement Exercises 2017
April 5,2017
Katrina Diane C. Viduya
Good evening, ladies & gentlemen. When Teacher Wenine & Teacher Lot approached me yesterday and asked if I could give a response in today’s graduation day, at first, in my mind I hesitated. Because I told myself, I would rather sit down there and relax, and enjoy the day, because after all I feel that I’m also a graduate after 6 long years.
At home, thinking about what to say, while staring at my copy of the Commencement Exercises Program, there shone the name RHOAINA DYANNE C. VIDUYA, who’s having the honor to give the Valedictory Address. And I realized, I shouldn’t hesitate, despite being afraid of getting emotional. I am a proud parent, and it’s an honor and big privilege to stand on stage in behalf of all of you, dear parents. Now I’m officially a stage mom.
When Rania was born, the doctor immediately found a defect on her tounge, the Tongue-tie Defect. And overlooking that might cause her speech problem. Thankfully she conquered that. The only complication I consider sometimes is she became so talkative, that’s why I always joke her, nasobrahan yata ng gupit yung doctor sa dila mo. But little did I know, her tongue became her effective tool in learning, surviving, dreaming, and achieving. She can speak well. She can sing. She can interact. She can socialize. She can even compete in Declamation and Oration, and give her Valedictory Address today. As a parent, I am thankful that she was able to develop these things in a solid educational institution that provides excellence, no other than the Learning Circle School.
In this school, she easily found her second home. The teachers and staff as her parents, and the students as her brothers and sisters. For 6 years in Learning Circle, I humbly confess that my daughter has always been praised by her achievements and character. In our home, Character is the No.1 priority to be learned. All these recognitions are just accessories. It’s a golden heart that will define you. And everything you can do and achieve, it’s not because you are great, but because God is great.
I would like to share a Bible verse to you from Proverbs 22:6, it says, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Believe it or not, I already knew about this verse when I was in grade 5 because I keep hearing it every time my mother would attend school meetings. But when I became a parent, I made it as a constant reminder to myself.
To the school faculty and staff – in behalf of the loving parents especially the graduates, today we want to show gratitude for the way you have educated our children. For making many sacrifices. For taking up a profession so selfless, For letting us parents breathe easy, and for helping us shape their future.
Learning Circle School, Thank you, we are proud of you, and we will miss you.
Congratulations to all of us.
God bless us all.
