At Learning Circle, we uphold four essential values that guide our educational philosophy and community:
Integrity – We believe in honesty, responsibility, and doing what is right, even when no one is watching. Integrity shapes the character of future leaders.
Leadership – We nurture confidence, initiative, and resilience, empowering students to become positive changemakers in their communities.
Compassion – We cultivate kindness, empathy, and a spirit of service, encouraging students to care for others and contribute to a better world.
Excellence – We strive for the highest standards in learning, character, and achievement, inspiring students to reach their fullest potential.
These values create a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children grow not just academically but also as ethical and compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
Guided by a constructivist philosophy in teaching, the Learning Circle believes that children have a natural yearning to explore and learn about their world. We believe that the school can support this natural yearning by providing well-planned, hands-on, engaging learning activities. The proper guidance of significant adults is vital for this task. It is therefore imperative that parents and teachers work together as partners in the education of all students, guided by findings of current research on how children learn best.
We also believe that education is key to a bright future. Children need to develop self-discipline and leadership skills necessary for becoming successful in society and in life.
