Teacher Pricilla is a licensed professional teacher with a a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Gordon College. She was a Dean's Lister. Teacher Pricilla's educational philosophy aligns with what John Dewey, the Father of Progressive Education, has written: "Education is a social process; education is growth; education is not preparation for life but is life itself.” T. Pricilla enjoys the social aspect of creating and implementing learning experiences for students. She wants to encourage learners to revel in this opportunity for growth, for this is in fact, life itself. As a teacher, she would like to see her students find it within themselves to challenge their minds. "In today’s generation we need to let our learners explore and discover things on their own, for we educators cannot just plant the knowledge and expect learners to harvest wisdom. I believe that we are not just teaching to give and share knowledge, but we are teaching what's important for making a life and building dreams."
